Fall 2026 Application Details

Thank you for your interest in The Colleges at La Rue Apartments, a UC Davis Student Housing Partner.

Due to high demand, all available apartments are offered through an ongoing random selection process and continuing until all apartment homes are filled. We will continue to accept applications until all apartments are filled.

Applications for fall 2026 are now closed. Subscribe to be notified when applications open for fall 2027.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Water, sewage, garbage, internet and parking permits are included in rent. Residents are responsible for electricity (through UC Davis Utilities), and optional cable.

IMPORTANT LEASING & APPLICATION DETAILS:

Apartments are rented by the full unit, with single occupancy per bedroom.
We do not offer individual leases or housemate matching.
One application per household. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
Applications cannot be edited after submission. Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
Submitting an application does not guarantee housing.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a full-time, degree-seeking UC Davis student. (Student status will be verified.)
Freshmen, UCD Extension students, Post Docs, and Visiting Scholars are not eligible.
If you do not yet have a UC Davis Student ID number, enter all zeros and include a note explaining your status. Please attach your Admission Letter in the proper section below.

SELECTION PROCESS:

Apartments will be offered to eligible applicants through an ongoing randomized selection process beginning early March and continuing until all apartments are filled.
Selected applicants will receive one lease offer via email with a firm 24-hour deadline and a lease via AdobeSign. Be ready to commit & sign a lease.
Offers must be accepted as presented. If not completed by the deadline, the offer is forfeited.
Floor plan preferences will be honored when possible, but they are not guaranteed.

IF YOU'RE SELECTED:

If your application is selected, you will receive an Offer to Lease via email with detailed instructions. Shortly after, you will receive additional emails through AdobeSign containing the documents your entire household must complete and sign.
To accept the offer and secure your lease, the entire household must complete all required documents and payments must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the offer email. This deadline is firm.
To finalize your acceptance, all household members must complete and sign the Rental Application and Lease Agreement via AdobeSign, submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID and UC Davis student ID, and pay the first installment of the Security Deposit. The total Security Deposit is equal to one month’s rent. A portion is due at lease signing, with the remaining balance due at move-in.

- $600 - 1 Bedroom
- $800 - 2 Bedroom
- $1,000 - 3 & 4 Bedroom

IF YOU'RE NOT SELECTED:

If your application is not selected, you will not receive an individual notice; however, all applicants will be notified once all apartments are filled.
