• When Will You Have Fall Pricing? Fall pricing will be emailed when the lottery opens. 
• What If I'm Not Selected? Ask about our premier partner properties. Tandem is committed to helping you find the right housing fit for you. 

Premier Partner Property Winter Special!

Ask about our Premier Partner Property special and how you can secure:

• Double Entry to The Colleges Fall 2025 Lottery
• Lease Breakage Forgiveness if you sign a Fall 2025 lease with a Premier Partner Property during the winter special and your name is later selected for The Colleges at La Rue
